    Hi,

I am trying for 2 years 4 months... No success in pregnancy.

I had HSG one year b4. My left tube was blocked. But right one was good.

So v tried one more year. I had pcod. I am taking Glycomet 500 tablet also.

Last 3 cycles, taking ciphen, follicular study and progestrone tablet.

But eggs are get matured and raptured successfully but i got my period.

So please any one suggest the next step proceed further.

I am planning to do IUI. Is it wil good decision?

    Dear Methi,

    Welcome to IL.

In those 3 medicated cycles were you able to ovulate on your un blocked side ?

If yes then as its already 2 years then go in for IUI dear . As IUI will also be done only when the ovulation happens on your unblocked side.

IUI is not painful dear . I would say do give a try to increase the chance .

    Take care and good luck

As your are able to produce follicles on both the sides then it's better to go in for an IUI to increase the chance of conception dear.

    Good luck

    methi,
ya you can go for iui when you have atleast one follicle at unblock tube side.

even am with one side tubal block and had 3 iui's.
after 2 iui failure i went for laproscopy w/ hysteroscopy to find out cause.
then it revealed the tubal block on left where both iui's i had ovulated on left.

so now targeting iui whenever am producing follicle on right.
