trying to conceive

    Hi..I am having irregular period for the last 3 months. Am trying to conceive and doctor advised CCQ 50 for 5 days starting from 3rd day of my periods. Then to count for 13 days and have relation with husband. am confused as to when to have a relation with husband after taking the medicine.Should counting be started from day 3 of period or day 1? I have also been asked to undergo follicular study also. Please help!

    Dear Anda,

    Welcome to IL :)

    If yours is a regular cycle then it's advisable to have IC from day 10 to Day 18 (alternate days)to cover the important days . Go in for a follicular study to know exactly when you are ovulating and do the need . But don't do IC as a task .
