I am a sufferer of PCOS as well, m trying to conceive since 3 yrs, and now I'm 30 yrs +,
Going to a doctor regularly but no signs of improvement.
She has kept me on OCPs for last 3 months, as my testosterone level is very high.

As once i have tried ayurvedic medicines but it had no effect on my body. Is it good to give it a shot?

we both are doing fine, keeps me very busy.
being a mother is indeed special.

before trying this ayurvedic treatment, i never used to trust ayurvedic medicines.
for me they were limited only to mere cough cold remedies.
but after taking ayurvedic treatment for pcod from dr uppal, my viewpoint has changed.
Ayurvedic medicines when properly prepared, after detailed study of the patient have very good results.

you can consider them, but always keep in mind that it is a little time taking
and keep monitoring your symptoms and other parameters regularly to notice improovements.
you can get quick results if you follow the do's n dont's seriously.
my advice is proceed in phases of one month each, continue treatment into next month only if u receive any benefit.
