Need Help TTC having PCOS

    Hi Ladies,

    I am TTC since 2yrs:bang..diagnosed with PCOS n DH having varicocele(semen not lequefying)

    Any diet suggestion n natural remedies?

    Anyone had same problem n suceeded?

    Hi,
    I too suffered by PCOS and nw had a child.
    Take orange juice daily along with medication .Do some exercise if u r over weight.
    Go to good fertility specialist in Bangalore.She will help u.

    Thanks for replying n Congrats on your success of having baby.Kindly suggest any good fertility expert in bangalore.Yes i am overweight.Can u also pls suggest any diet plan ?And yes i would also like to know what treament/diet u followed ?

    do not worry tenstion and worries are the main reason and dey play a major role in TTC...even i had pcod and suffered for 3 yrs wid sam prob i had many tabs and den cam to knw dat iam even daignosed wid tyorid :( but thank god even having after dis things i concived naturally after 7months of my marg and now am in my 7th month pregnancy so do not worry evrything will be alrite

    hav lods of fruits and fibre pls reduce ur weigt... go to areobics or yoga or running and hav healthy food i concived trgh metamorphin tablet i dnt hav any idea abt blr i was daignosed by dr ratna in hyd.. so check wid de gud infertitlity speclist and and and main thing pls do notthink of de preg jus leave it if not his month surely next month but tenstion and worries spoil whole system and ur harmones will not support..

    God Bless u Lisa..but pls do not stop excerisisng dat plays vital role and try to reduce ur weigt.

    Thanks a lot for such wonderful advices n encouragement.It means a lot .Many congratualtion to u on ur prenancy:).

    i have started taking glycomet thrice a day n folic acid as per Dr. advice. I have started doing yoga and some exercise.Yes i will follow ur advices.IT's true what u said tension n worries spoils everything.

    I also have PCOS and hypothyroidism and now 6 months pregnant.. So its not impossible.. Infact even I was on metformin and thyroid medication.. But do keep yourself active and reduce maximum weight and eat healthy.. :)

    Along with medication, watch out your diet too. Reduce the intake of carbohydrate based foods. Include more vegetables, greens & fruits! Do regular exercises & little walking at least! Modify your life style, it will do the good!

    I also have PCOS and my husband also has semen liquefaction problem :bonk
    I am consulting Dr. Susheela Rani in Manjushree Specialty Hospital near commercial street. She is a good doctor :)

    Which doctor are you consulting? Is your husband doing anything to improve the liquefaction? My DH has been recently identified with the problem, so he is not taking any medicine.

    hi Lisa..

    even my doctor prescribed me Glysophage 500mg in starting twice a day, but i think metamophin works gud den glysophage talk to ur doctor once reg dis tablet coz maxmium ppl suffering wid pcos tried conciving through metmorphin only so do not loose hope and also go for tyroid test if its negative den no prob if u get positive result immedialty u start taking de tab wid ur doctors advice coz tyroid is de main reason for increasing the weight
