    Hi Girls,

    Thanks for all your inputs. really v helpful... will def try... i have pcod and thyroid. periods were not regular. the doctors tablet for pcod had no effect on me and i stopped having tablet for pcos and started doing yoga and it helped me regulate my periods to a certain extent and i get it anywhere between 30 to 40 days but it's just for 2 days. this time i did not get my periods and have some brownish black discharge (less discharge) for the past 1 week. am really worried and also am planning to go for ayurvedic treatment. can you ladies please give me your perspective on the above and also suggest if there are any good ayurvedic doctors in auckland(if u know or heard of any). am also trying to conceive but want to regulate my periods first. thanks...

    Hi Snigdha,

    Welcome dear :) ... don't b panic.. due to ur hormonal imbalance u will get this brownish black discharge... i too faced the same problem 4 months back... and when i consult my doctor, she told me its due to high level of progesterone.. so just relax and try to have more vegetables and fruits.. do exercise regularly.. just relax... u will get a gud result soon :)...

    Hi,

    Very useful tips. Will try to follow them. Even i have PCOS and irregular periods. Am taking Folic acid, Vitamin c and E tablets. Is this fine or should i take any other vitamin tablets? My gynac had prescribed me only these..
