Hi Help...
This is my 1st cycle.. By God grace i got positive..
Now am having folic acid tablets..
I was diagnosed with PCOD was in treatment almost 7-8 months..
Then for 4-5 mon was in FSH and HCG injection..
Then in may did IUI..
Now am in 7th week..
After a huge pain i got this...

Hi Help...
Dont worry dear..
Take the home test after 45days..
Some times the positive line ll appear lite in color.. thats not an issue..
Then take beta hcg level in blood test.. This both ll give u the result..
In my case i took metformin and m2 tone.. for the follicle development i took FSH injection ans Siphen 100mg from my 2nd day..On my ovulation day I took HCG inj'.. And took Duphastone (Progesteron)..
While doing IUI for me.. I had 1 Follice in good size in my left ovaries..
Dont worry Keep ur mind free.. Imagine the egg got fuse with the spearms.. Keep ur self positive.. Leave rest to god..

Very SORRY..
Dont worry this time u ll get positive.. After IUI.. Have good food.. avoid out side foods..
Have more water.. Dont left any weight.. If u take bed rest at least for 2-3 days means its good.. Dont have any other tablets.. Take care dear.. Keep me post..

hi helpmeangle,

my update: My HPT turned out to be negative. Everything seem to be perfect. endometrium of 11mm, bed rest during 2WW. Nothing worked.
I would be meeting my doctor tomorrow for next cycles plan.

What is the dosage of letrozole you are using. How many hours after Hcg shot is your IUI performed.

hi Divya,

My dosage of Letrozole is 5 mg..2 tablets per night. IUI is performed after around 20 hours. They do not calculate the exact time though. Doctor says I might already have ovulated and it is the right time. I got my HCG shot at around 5 PM and got my IUI done by 2 PM the next day.

Is this your first IUI Divya? what dosage are u taking? and when was your IUI performed?

this is my fourth IUI. I conceived in my 2nd IUI but was a miscarriage. 4th IUI was with injections, still did not work. I am planning to take a break this cycle.
Isn't 20 hours after HCG shot too early for IUI. Normally it takes about 36 for the rupture.
