HI Frens..

Am TTC My doc hav suggested me to use susten 400 mg tablet trough vagina.. can any one help me out how to put this tablet in vagina.. she sugested me this for 14 days. am detected wid PCOD and am doing my daily excersies as am trying to concive is it ok to do the regular excereise in gym coz i heard that while TTC doing excersie due to the weigts, can even loose de pregnancy if sumthing in postive side.pls help me wid this 2 answers.. am goign trough the folicular study and injections so am very scared abt it....

During your 2WW, you can cut down your strenuous activities at ease. That might reduce the troubles with early pregnancy!
Work with good diet, moderate exercises; that might help you in weight reduction!

For inserting Susten vaginally, get help of some nurse. That might help you.

Hi,
For using susten 400 ..u can do it urself as u will have to use it for 14 days just put it in vagina and push with fingers as inside as possible.......this is progesterone tab which will help for implantation.

Thx swathi and vasumathy.. am using the sustain tablet from 2 days puting it wid finger and pushing it as much as its going in.. gone with so many injection in past 15days like menogon and sum other i hav even taken HCG 5000 injection know using this SUSTAIN 400mg and pregnova 2mg tablets and my Endometric thickness came to 7.5mm only..is it ok to concive or less doc said EM Should be around 8mm after injections and tabs it cam to 7.5mm after dat she gav me HCG 5000...i need to see whats's the result this time mY LMP was 6th january so doc asked me to go wid Hom preganancy test if i dnt get my periods Till 10th of feb.. if i get my periods asusual den she asked me to cum on 2nd day of my period.. am geting stomch pain from past 4 to 5 days doc asked me to stop my excersises she sadi it might effect my preg in early stages... i dnt knw what would be the result i have spent almost all around 12k for this injections and foclular study.. dnt knw wen god will show his mercy on me.. the other side my MIL is continous back of me for children ...:( pls suggest me ladies what shall i do.. how would i knw tht i may get preg or not

Hi VIjjis previously i was with mandira singh she is a chief gynic in medwin but after using the tabs from 1 yr there is no reuslt.. so recently i have changed the doctor Knw am going to Dr.Ratna Durvasulu she is INfertility specialist in Rainbow hospital and she is very famous in Hyderabad. Hoping the best postive responce atelast with this doctor...

dont think about costs ...its avoidable in fertility treatment...i have 6 failed iui,1 failed ivf.....but still we need to proceed .....regarding Endometric thickness...my doctor do not trigger hcg shot unless ET is 8mm minimum ......i also used progaynova tab for improving uterus lining before ovulation.

MY Endometric thickness is only 7.5mm is it not a gud sign it means its waste of all this injections and folicular studies den ... am frm a middle class family i cannot effort more on anythign i need to even go with my family expenditure also..

I have a doubt i hav taken injections and gone with folicular study alrternate days i hav taken injections is this process called as IUI or IVF or what is this process called which am undergoing.

this is just the beginning.
after some months of medicines and hcg shots ,if that doesnt click they will ask for iui.
extra 3000 for iui other than the medicines scans and hcg shots
after that ivf is the last option.

Hi Sowjanya,
With susten endo thickness will grow. Don't worry.
Injection cycles are quite costly. We can't help it. May be you can try medicine cycles if the expenses troubles you! Just relax. Stress won't help in conception. Try to be positive! Hope for the best!
Wait until two weeks from ovulation & then test! All the best!
