Boils inside the Inner parts.

Dear,

My wife is in her 37th day to be checked for pregnancy
and we are happy of it.

well she has a small boils in the path of vagina,
looks like a red pimple and swelling
sometimes pus is coming out with watery substance
and that wound is not recovering for the past 4 days.

we applied soframycin cream and also betadine oinment
but the wound is not drying up what to do?

will applying creams will not hurt the embryo inside.

Pls advice for a easy recovery for that.
