follicle study,,,please help

hi , Am a pcos patient doctor told to go for follicular study and try naturally this cycle and then she gave me diamet sr 500 mg (1-0-1) and folliden 5 mg(0-1-0) , siphene 56 mg for 4 days i.e (day 21 to day 24 th of tis month)(0-0-2) and to come for a scan on 7th day and tat day 2 follicle was 8 mm and endometrium was 5 mm and on my 7th day i was asked to take hmg 75 iu injection , and ecosprin along with folliden and diamet sr and again another injection on 9th day one more hmg 75 iu injection and come on my 10th day for another follicular scan and then the size was 13 mm one foolicle and another 12 mm and the rest were multiple follicles smaller sizes and the endometrium was still 5 mm so again another tablets called progynovo 2 mg (1-1-1) is given along with an hmg 75 iu injection on 10th and 11 th day , i would like to know are these follicle sizes good enough are these good follicles or are they very less in size and wat about these injections why is it given again please suggest

Hi santha

after seeing this post, i asked this to my doctor because today i had an appointment. he told follicle size is not very bad and not good, but endometrium should reach at least 7 mm on 10th day. Matured follicle should be from 1.7 to 2.0 cm (ie 17 mm to 20 mm) Injection is given to increase the endometrium size as well as to produce follicle and growth.

Hi Suba,
thank you so much am trying to concieve from past 6 mths and failing to concieve am very upset , i dont want even this cycle to be wasted , is there any hope for this cycle with this follicle size and endometrium size, and doctor asked me to take hmg injection today and tom hmg 75iu injection was given

All in gods hand. pray to god. be relaxed, eat healthy and think positively and you will get positive results. lets Hope this month will be the positive month for you. i will pray to get positive this month.

If your age is less than 30 and not greater than 35, don't worry you will get pregnant naturally. Max age is 40. also please don't think of TTC. do meditation for at least 5 mins before going to bed and after waking up.

You know I have been married for 6 years, now my age is 32, delivered one child and lost her in 10 months, after that we have been trying, trying, and now trying... in between three miscarriages. i am trying to conceive around 4 years after losing the child.

What was the final size of follicles before ovulation? Anything around 18mm is good follicle size.

Hi Vasu,

Yesterday was my 12th day and i had multiple follicles with size 10 and 9 in the right and one follicle which was size 16 in the left and the endometrium was 6 mm and again on july 1 st i.e 14th day i have a scan i was given these tablets yesterday they were ecosprin 50 mg;folliden 5 mg;pregara 50 mg to be taken vaginally and ag9 sachet one sachet twice a day and along with progynova tablets
but when i brought pregara when i was reading the indications it said women shouldnt take am so confused as to why is it given to me my doctor said the blood circulation improves for the endometrium so i have given but reading this prescription am scared to take wat shall i do vasu and another thing is will my endometrium improve by tom and will i be able to concieve withthis folicle and endometrium size please reply

thanks for the reply suba today was my 14th day scan and doctor said endo is 7 mm and right side multiple follicles in teh range of 12 , 13 and left side 18 mm follicle any idea has to how long it takes for the endometrium to improve its thickness and any food which will help for the endometrium thickness to improve as i have heard until endo is thick or more than 8 mm u cant concieve is tat true

one of my friend worried like this when her endo thickness was 6.5 mm, but i told don't think of TTC you will get pregnant. by gods grace, she became pregnant that month itself and now she is enjoying her motherhood. So don't think about TTC, you will conceive. do breathing exercise. if possible go for acupuncture or acupressure specialist. lots of women like you, treated in acupuncture and got pregnant. i am also going.

you know every month my endo thickness is around 10 mm and my follicle size will be around 20 mm, but i didn't get pregnant. if i get pregnant, it is ending in miscarriage.

Just relax, think positive, and engage in other stuff like reading books, listening music, etc.
