    Do you take fresh fig or dried ones?
    Will taking a dried fig with soaked badam be ok?

    hey friends, for the last ffew days iam taking one fig, 2 almonds and 3 munakka soaked in water overnight, since today morning i have bleeding from nose,i hope this might only be due to intense summer,could this dry fruit produce heat when consumed?iam worried, pls guide me.
