Any Specific Time for IC during TTC...?

    Hi All,

    Iam in TTC for the last 4 months.Is there any specific time that IC should not be done.Many of my friends told me to avoid sex from 4PM to 8 PM ,after 6AM and after midnight.

    Does this IC timings decides the child's future?
    Is there any thing like that or its just a myth?

    No dear nothing like that, i didnt hear anything about this. One should avoid ic having immediately after meals, should have ic after two hours of a meal

    Sure??? Should we wait for 2 hours after eating crab and drumstick?? DH would loose the excitement by that time..wont he???

    Huh? I've never heard of any such thing. The only reason to wait after eating would be, I imagine, that you don't want to do something akin to exercise right after eating. But I don't think it affects the conceived baby in any way. The embryo won't even know the difference, as for all you know, it may begin implanting at the time that you're eating, and I don't think technology exists to control that!

    I think she meant not after a heavy meal. Its the implantation time which matters a lot.
    You dont get on a treadmill after a heavy meal right, i think thats what she meant.

    Some recommend to BD first thing in the morning as sperm count is high and drops as day progresses. Subsequently, discouraging from BDing late in the night. Good luck!

    hi everyone...
    i m 4 yrs happily married but ttc from 5 months.
    we want to doc all reports were normal & even tried on dates best for concieving but still no positive results.
    but all of yours suggesstions are such small things which i atleast never realised.
    we use to have ic whenever we want.
    but after reading your suggestions even i will follow them....
    hope this could help us out

    hi girls,

    I don't post in IL often,but i read the post related to problems.it was very helpfull and IL gives me courage to cope up with my prob's.
    from now i want to be active in IL,want to share my ttc journey,if anybody on the same boat we can share our journey.
    well, iam 27,planning for ttc(trying to conceive) from next month.
    i have been diagnoised with pcod in jan,i jan we moved from india to us so not taken proper medication untill march as iam busy with adjusting myself here.from april am on medication(glcophage+clomid)+diet+exercises(2hrs):thumbsup.i want to go through my regime 1 more month and will try for ultimate thing from next month.
