How can i edit the title of thread

Hi ladies,

Could anybody please let me if there is a way to edit the title of the thread

Dear Ladies,
Only a moderator can do it, using the thread titles-edit option.
In order to get the thread title changed, please report that thread to the moderator by clicking on the icon at the top right of the first post of that thread. While reporting the post, please tell the new thread title you want.
