How to add reputations to members - A token of appreciation

Dear friends,

IL community is fast growing and we are making friends on a day to day basis .

Whenever we see a thread or a post which really impresses us, we add our feedback. Do you know that there is another way we can show our appreciation?

Against every post, there is a small weighing scale icon () on the right top corner. You can click on this icon, leave ur message with your name.

This would add points to the member based on the points which you are having. This process is called adding reputations. As a person keeps receiving reputations, the number of reputation dots keeps increasing.

So, lets start appreciating nice threads/posts this way too

Here Malathy has clearly explained about how we can add the reputation points.

If you go thru the link, you can see that only a person who has a reputation only can add reputation to others.

Meaning, only a person with the green button at the right can add valid reputations to others.
