Hi Sudha,

Chaning your physical locations does not really matter with you accessing the site.

You may edit your profile to provide your new location here - http://www.indusladies.com/forums/pr...do=editprofile. That way other 'Navi Mumbai' members will get to know you when they are looking for members in the same location. You also want to go and introduce yourself and mention about your move here - http://www.indusladies.com/forums/mu...vi-mumbai.html

Dear Malathy,

I have a small suggestion (once again!!!) and I am sure it would gel with all the members who post threads and posts in the site.

I feel there should be "Paragraph Justified" format in the horizontal bar along with the "Left" "Right" and "Center" format. It would make the posts more presentable. Now, when we type our posts in Word Format and paste it here, it ends up in to an ugly format.

Also there should be "My Forums" in the "Quick Links" for all Moderators. The time that is consumed searching for the forum can be utilised in moderating it.

The smilies that are flashed on the screen are not very useful to be added in the posts. Let us have a new set of smilies flashed so that I can add them to my posts.

As I handle too many things at a time, a quick link would be very helpful (and there would be other members too like me). This is a request.

Hi Induslady,

Some of the posts disappear after a day. I don't know what has happened to the thread. This has happened thrice to me. The psted threads were decent, informative and helpful for all of us.

Does the moderator observe and delete any threads?

What should we do when threads are deleted?
Thanks,

Sorry to peep in...

Dear Leelal,

My dear friend posts are not mistaken but keep scrolling with addition of new posts. If you are interested in a particular post go ahead and subscribe to them. Always make a note of the FORUM OR SUB-FORUM THE POST IS IN. You can go to that forum and you will find them anxiously waiting for you.

Hope this has sufficed your query.

Dear Malathy,

Thanks for stepping in..
Let me check out whether the posts appear in the respective forum.

Usually I search for the posts posted. That locates the post correctly even with many new posts. But this has not helped me with the few cases I mentioned.

Dear Induslady,

I was trying to post a reply to 'londonladies introduce yourself here' post. But repeatedly, on clicking the 'preview post' I keep getting the Vbulletien message box stating I am not logged in or do not have permission to post. I have logged in more than three times and tried to post but in vain. Please help.

Dear Leela,

No posts disappear from IL. The moderators can see all the posts, However, if they feel that a post is more suited in another forum, they will move it. We do leave a redirect, but it expires soon. If in the event we have a to delete a post, we do inform the concerned member through a private message as to why her post had to be deleted.
Please do let me know what posts of yours are " missing" and i will try to locate it for you.

Default Log out Option

Hi,

I think there's isn't a log out option in this site. In fact, this computer is being used by multiple persons who may also check out this site. In such cases, when the other persons starts working on this comp, by default, indusladies says that I have logged in and log out option is not there. So before logging off from the net, I want to log out from the site. How does this happen.

Regards,
Raji

Hello Raji,
Please go to the top purple Bar. On right extreme, you will see
Log Out
Click on it - you will get an announcement that you have logged out.
Love,
Chithra.
