Default Moderators...?

Hi There!

I am a new member. Whenever I post a reply it is not published and it shows me a message .."it will be seen after approval from moderator".

I started a thread called CFA under EDUCATION head. Somebody replied to my post. When replied to that post ...my answer has not been posted . I replied on 21 Dec and now its 8 Jan 2009. Like over 15 days ....is there any problem..?? because if my replies wont be posted for 15 days how i m gonna participate in the discussion.

Today again i started a thread in parenting section. Somebody replied...when i replied to that post...same message again...that it will be approved my moderator first....n i dont know how many days it gonna take...

Is it a normal procedure...or happening with me...

Please check and do the needful at ur end as soon as possible.

Thanks & regards.

Hello crystal79,

As pointed out by Gowri, kindly go through that link to know more.

Meanwhile, we are sure, that the moderators of those forums will certainly look into it soon.

We too look forward to your continued participation here.

Crystal - I am one of the Mods for the parenting forums and I am not able to find any thread started by you there. Could you give some details please (thread title, which subforum) and I will look into it immediately.

Vanathi.

Hello Ambige,

I am pasting here, the Contacts/Friends features, from the announcement Forum Upgraded - New Features! that was made a few months back.
  • You can have you own set of Friends and Contacts within our community. Contacts are someone you add to your list of contacts (without needing an approval from the other person). Friends are reciprocal, whereby the other person agrees to be your friend.
  • You can share your private albums ONLY to your "Contacts", allowing for better privacy. BTW, your Friends automatically qualify to be your Contacts and enjoy the privilege of viewing your private albums.
  • Please be careful as to who you add as contact/friend because several of your privacy settings depend on this.
Hope it is clear now .

Bye
