How to use Private Messages?

Hello IL's,
can anyone explain how to use private message?how do we send message through private message?I have seen in FAQ also but i cant find the solution. As recently i moved to junior elite can somebody explain me?

Hi,

If you want to send a PM to someone just click on the person's name and you will have one of the options to send a pvt msg.Once you click on the send a pvt msg button, it will take you to the inbox where you can start writing and send it to the person like any ordinary mail. However, if the other person is not a junior ilite, then this option is disabled.
Right now, a PM can be sent only from persons who have 50 posts to similar persons (or more no of posts)
