How do I delete private messages from my inbox / sent items?

There is a limit set to your private message box - total number of messages stored (both received and sent) should not exceed 50.

When it reaches the limit 50, you may want to clear the old messages by deleting them.

Here are the steps to delete a private message from your inbox / sent items:

1. Click on private messages link on the top right corner below your logged in details.
2. By default you will get to your private messages 'inbox'.
3. All messages received will be listed there. Select the messages you want to delete by clicking on the check box on the right side of it.
4. At the bottom of the message list, choose 'delete' from the drop down box labelled 'selected messages'. Click on 'go'.
5. This will delete the messages selected from your inbox.

To delete the messages from your 'sent items' folder, follow the same steps by choosing 'sent items' folder from the drop down labelled 'jump to folder' (on top of the private messages screen) and click on 'go'.

Periodic maintenance of private messages inbox and sent items folder is to be carried out for effective usage of private messages.
