How can I avoid getting SPAM?

Very sensible practices will keep you safe from SPAM. Here are a few

• Do not use your email ID as your login ID
• Do not put your email ID as part of your message. If you would want others to communicate with you, request them to use private messages. Later you can share your email ID.
• Do not display your email ID in your signature. Web robots are constantly scanning several sites to look for email IDs
• In the event you need to display your email ID in the message, use a text format like greatlady (at) indusladies (dot) com instead of greatlady@indusladies.com
• In your User CP -> Edit Options, please uncheck the box before “Receive Email from Other Members”.
