Dear IL-ites, Lets say that you want to add a link to your signature like below Tell-A-Friend Here are the steps. 1. Click on "User CP" on the horizontal Purple menu bar and select 'Edit Signature'. 2. Type "Tell-A-Friend" on the signature box. 3. Select the text "Tell-A-Friend" and Click on icon 4. It will popup a box to add the URL (site address). Type the URL(address) to any page "within IL" and say ok. 5. Click "Save Signature" and you are done! Re: How can I add a signature for my messages? how to add a link to the signature? sometimes i end up looking a full address/link of the post rather than the name of the post in the signature. See the example below of my signature
Hi IL Team, This question should not exactly go here. But, I couldn't start a new thread regarding my issue. So, posting it in this thread which sounded related. I wanted to add a ticker in my signature. But, the 'code' of that one was too long and it didn't get saved; I contacted the concerned site and got it shortened. I copied and pasted the new code. It got saved this time. But, the ticker didn't show up. I could only see the code. Is there any quick fix, please? I badly want the ticker asap. Regards, Roja.
I have deleted the information I added in this post as I went for a different one. So, never mind, please.
