I forgot my username / password, what can I do?

I know about resetting the password stuff...just wanted to know whether is any possibility of changing the user id? or the email id given while registering?

Once you register with the user id you cannot change it but in case you wish to change your email id you can follow the instructions as given below - How can I update the email address on my profile?.
