Hi Madhuri ,
( Same ) Olive oil can be used for both internal & external purposes . No doubt . Olive oil is supposed to be very good for health . ( but no idea about the taste ! ) . And if applied on skin regularly it will get a nice glow & wrinkles will disappear slowly . So make the best use of it .
Affly ,
Indhu .

Hi
As our frnds said its good to use olive oil for internal & external use.

I too use olive oil for oil bath.

Caution:
It has come to our notice that, one of our frnds used olive oil for 1 yr old baby & applied Besan(gram flour) on that to clean.
immediatey baby got allergy.
they consulted Doctor, Then Dr said that gram flour was not supposed to use with olive oil.
So Take Care

I think thera are so many types of olive oil. Pl check that. If we go to Italian restaurant, they give garlic bread with olive oil. And for tempering the mustards we should use some other type of olive oil. I heard like that only. I too have confusions in this. If anyone knows pl clear our doubts.

Hi,
I heard a lot about the goodness of olive oil...it also came highly recommended from my friend (her face completely cleared up from chicken pox scars by using it) and i have very damaged skin due to acne scars... So I decided to try it myself to see if the marks go away... I used Bertolli's extra virgin olive oil.. I massaged it into my face and kept it on for about 15 minutes... The first two days nothing happened... but the third day onward my face erupted into a lot of small red pimple like boils( they hurt as well) Could anyone please let me know if my method of using the olive oil is wrong or its something to do with the brand or its my skin type?? I have stopped using olive oil for now... thanks in advance
