Default pigmentation

Hi...

I have a medium complexion and was happy about. But after my pregnancy (its been 6 months after my delivery) my body has become darker. Especially face, neck and arms. Can anyone please suggest any home made solution? Started using curd and turmeric. Is it useful? How long we need to use these kind of things to see a difference? I have dry skin...

Hi,
Yes it helps. Dont worry about it. If skin has become too dark apply lemon directly on the dark areas for 30 min before bath.

Drink lemon juice and include more fruits in your diet.

Do the below steps every day to see visible difference. ( Should follow all the steps)

1. Mrng apply mixture of cucumber, lemon and honey for 30 min ,if you tend to get cold ,apply it for 15 min and wash.

2. Before taking bath apply lemon for 30 min and use mild soap and also use a mixture of besan , turmeric, few drops of lemon, milk to wash the body it will increase the over all complexion.

3. Evng apply tomato over dark areas for 15 min and wash. and later apply honey for 15 min and wash.

4. Before going to bed apply oilve oil all over the dark areas. Apply very little as applying cream. Or else grind fresh almonds with milk and apply before going to bed and wash next day mrng.


Follow the above tips evry day. To see visible difference. Your will become nurshied and glowing.
