Glowing Brightening Face Mask

A mask especially good for oily/combination or problem skins. It also helps to brighten/whiten and add a glow to your face.

All you need are 3 household ingredients you can find in your kitchen.

Milk
Plain Flour
Lemon

Instructions:

Mix a very small amount of milk and flour together to create a creamy mixture. Add a few drops of lemon juice depending on how oily your skin is. (skip this if you have dry skin).

Steam your face to open the pores or wash with warm water thoroughly. Pat dry if you have oily skin, or, smear the mixture straight on damp/wet skin if you have dry skin with a brush (or your fingers), avoiding delicate eye area.

Leave on for about 20minutes for dry skin, up to 30 minutes for oily skin. You will feel your pores tighten and the mask will dry like clay.

Wash off gently with warm water and finish with a splash of cool water. You can then apply toner and moisturiser if you wish or your skin feels too dry. I have oily, acne skin and and sometimes just leave my skin as it is and it made my skin really glowy and non-oily, as well as drying up lots of my acne.

Or, if you still feel a little dry but don't want to get rid of that fresh, radiant look, take about 1 drop of jojoba oil in your palms and rub/warm it up. Then take your hands and gently pat/cover your face with your palms so you get a tiny bit of the jojoba oil transferred to your skin, enough to give a little moisture and enough to enhance your glow. Wait for it to sink in a little.

If you have any mixture left, you can put it into the fridge and use it the following day.
To get the full effect, you should use it at least 1-2 times per week and for acne/oily skin, you can use this everyday and gradually reduce usage to every two days and so on, as this is a natural product, only make a small batch each time, preferably enough for 2 applications to ensure freshness!
