You are right about the busy schedules Noor, but not knowing what to include in the diet is giving a half completion to the complexion care..

Your Tips are really good jasmine.. But sometimes you know You don't feel like taking an extra care of complexion.
At one time i just felt I am fine the way I am.. coz Trying to maintain a diet and exercising feels too boring. But anyways when these becomes a habit it really works wonder..

eating lotas of fresh fruits and fresh salads including the coloured peppers is very good for your complexion and drinking 2 litres of hot wat everyday is extremely good.
i am 35yrs old and i have been drinking hot water and eatingwell for the past 15yrs and i exercise everyday at the gym, i am single not married but have maintained my skin and body, i suffer from eczema and the steriods make your skin worse so i chsnged my eating habits, i do not drink colas or any soft drink, i have fresh melon juice everyday which i make in the morning and when i wake up i have hot water and honey i have my juice at 7am and i meditate for an hour everyday, it really helps.
