White Heads

My face is full of white heads, especially on sides of nose and on chins. I'm doing regular clean ups in beauty parlor but this comes again after two or three days. Can any body suggest any permanent solution

Even me too is suffering from it,

but there is no premanent solution for this,
u have to keep on going for clean up's and facials if u do facial then for some period of time u can relax.

and u clean u r face daily twice with a good cleanser and clean with papaya it will help some

white heads is v common problem so relax
u need to clean ur faces regularly with cetaphil lotion i think u wil be able to get tht easily
next use a scrub on ur face and steam v easy i think
use hydrogen peroxide (diluted with boiled water in ur homes) on a cotton swab and slightly rub on ur white heads u wil find the sebum around ur white heads loosen and they wil go off easily
use astringent lotion similarly
massage ur face with little vitamin E oil add few drops of lemon grass oil
use a pack with multani mitti and calamine lotion
hello all this shd be done weekly once or twice only not daily ok
do this regularly for few months and u wil find change

i face the samew problem and when doing facial in the parlour my friend there adviced me to follow this tip..

every week atleast once do steaming and then immediately appy apricot scrub in these portion especially near the nose n the chin...this way by just massagin with the scrub the white head tend to cum out as the pores open coz of steaming...then just wash ur face with clear water..

Shahnaz Hussain's beauty treatment says, avoid taking steam. THis will cause more black and white heads.
Washing often might help...
Every time you wash your face, squeeze your nose with cotton ball, this will take out white heads.

This has been posted a very long ime back and Iam replying it now.... as It has been along time I browsed this site. Anyway, even I have the same problem and now Iam geting Aroma Magic (Blossam Kochar's) facils along with Ozone and this is showing some very good results. May be you can try if the problem is not sloved.
