Making your own facial mask

Here are a few all natural homemade facial mask recipes, which you can easily prepare within minutes. The best part about it is it won’t cost much!

* Normal, combination skin, oily and blemished skin


Mix one egg white, 1/2 cup cooked instant oatmeal, a teaspoon olive oil and a few drops of lemon juice until smooth. Spread on your face and neck, leave on for 15 – 30 min then rinse with lukewarm water. A few drops of lemon juice will help to reduce blackheads while egg white will leave your skin feeling “tight” after this mask application.

* Dry skin

Mix one egg yolk, a teaspoon of honey and a teaspoon of olive oil and some vitamin E oil. Spread over your face and neck, leave on for 15 – 30 min then rinse in lukewarm water. You can add more olive oil if your skin still feels dry.

* Dry and spotted skin

Mix dry oatmeal (you may grind it in a blender), honey and plain yogurt to make a paste. Spread it over your face and neck, leave on 15 – 30 min then rinse with lukewarm water. You may add a little salt and olive oil to make an exfoliating mask or scrub for blotchy dry skin areas

Mine is tricky..Its is oily somedays and very dry some other times..Give your suggestions?

Then u'r skin is combination type...is it oily in the areas like u'r nose,chin and forehead and dry in cheeks?
