Aged-looking skin on hands

Hi,

The skin on my hands specially on my fingers look aged and wrinkled and darker than the rest of the body, probably because of excessive exposure to water. Nowadays, its become kind of embarrassing to bare my fingers or my hands in public. Please suggest any home remedies for this.

One of my student's mom presented me this glycerin hand therapy by Camille Beckman.
I absolutely love it and since then , only use that.
It is richer than most hand creams. I use it to soften my hands, but it could work for the problem you have too.
