black marks in thigh

Hi friends

am getting black marks in my thigh,can any one suggest me any creams ,tips to remove this mark.

Any suggestions, advice would be appreciated.

Hi Vishnu,
First of all this is very normal problem esp in India because of the climate we have here......loadz of humidity makes the matter worse......before i give u tips, make sure u are not obese............obese ppl have more tendency to have darker inner thigh area and underarms and the cause lies in harmonal disturbances..........in that case u need to check with ur doctor and follow his advice. For reasons other than that, here are few home tips:
1.Make sure u use pure cotton panties.Synthetic, Nylon or Lycra based panties are a major cause of inner thigh getting dark.Cotton panties help provide beathing to the skin and thus discourges fungal growth.
2.Keep ur inner thigh area clean and dry.........change ur panties twice a day and if ur have tendency to get wet more, use panty liners.After bath or using toilet, pat the skin dry.Keep away from fragrant soaps, talcum powders etc around that area.
3.Use mixture of tomato pulp and milkpowder over the area for 15 mins and then wash it off. Apply some mild moisturiser. Doing this regularily would help lightnen the darkness.
Last but not the least maintain good personal hygine.

Thankz for ur suggestion,due my innerwears only i got this prob,I'll try out tomatto pulp with milkpowder.
