Hi ladies. I would like to share this with you. Keep the movements slow and controlled, and focus on the muscles you're moving. Lift your chin upwards so you can feel a stretch down the neck. Holding the muscles tensed, open your mouth as wide as you can, feeling the stretch in your lips and surrounding muscles. Slowly move your mouth around in all directions, as you do so you will release the tension from your jaw. Then hold the tension in your lower jaw and neck and continue to move the mouth around while pointing your chin upwards feeling the stretch in your neck. Focus on your cheek and forehead muscles and firmly move these around. This exercise will stretch and mobilise the face and neck muscles, leaving you with better blood flow and skin radiance. bye for now
