water with carbonates

Hi Everyone,

I am new to IL. I have a problem with my skin. The place which we are staying now has water with carbonates. I have noticed rice turning to red color when i added lime juice to the boiled rice(i have used bore water),which i didn't observe with mineral water.
After that i realised about my complexion, i have a normal skin which used to be glowing but now it has changed to dull and dark. my question is are there any creams or soaps to apply on my skin from which i can regain my original complexion?

First of all you have to ensure that you are safe if you drink that water with carbonates.Are you using any water filter or aqua guard.? because bore water makes the skin dark and rough..I remember when I was in India atleast once in a week i used to bathe with manjeera drinking water as that is soft water and cleans the skin but not the bore water which is hard. so try to findout ways to have filtered water. health is important..

Reg. the skin try to eat soaked and peeled almonds which brings the glow from inside the skin not just on the outer surface.

Also after bathing try to just wash off your face with mineral or the drinking water i.e the soft water. I know we have water problem in hyderabad...but this is what i used to do...

try to use cucumber (keera) juice pack on your skin and any peel off face masks that would remove the dead cells and the dirt left over by the hard water on your face....
