Hi! nowadays my skin is so dull that I don't know what to think.. Is it because of my age or cigarette or should I change my nutrition? Any idea?
Hi.I think that eating good nutrition is really important for our skin. I heard that drinking enough water is important as well. I think that using proper facial cream that is fit for your face skin would be also the ways for caring your skin. The one I am using nowadays is that named Extra Hydro Cream from IASO . Since I have never heard about this cosmetic brand, I wondered if it would work well on my face. However, it is really moist and I can feel my skin has become more elastic when I touch my face.
Apart from being dull what else if wrong with your skin? Is it dry? A little more description might help. Do you smoke?

Wash your face thrice a day 6. Moisturize it morning and evening 7. If not facial , do a face clean up once a month 8. Do no step out of the house without sunscreen
