Anyone used dr.james glutathione pills for skin whitening..please advice

Dear: you are lovely just the way you are....you don't need those pills.

 

They are safe but takes a long time, IV is better. You can use any brand, not just Dr. James. I buy the sublingual version in iHerb, not sure if they deliver to India.

 

no problem pavithra.. i've been using them since 1998, although now I'm just in maintenance mode... please start in small dosage and increase gradually... always use twice the amount of vitamin c with it, otherwise it will not work.. use consistently for at least 6 months to see the effect... in IV method, you can see the difference in a month if you go for a weekly session.

 

I agree with Tashidelek, whatever God has given is the best, even Lord Vishnu and his all avatars are dark in colour.
