i like know in olden days what did ladies use for inplace of clay? any clue

That was also a clay which we now get as Multani Metti in all the shops. Hope this info helps.

i have heard that regular use of multani metti will make the face older. Is it true?

wheather it may be multani mitti pack,besan pack or kasturi manjal pack,do not allow it to dry completely coz then u'll develop wrinkles.allow it for 10 or 15 min max n u'll get the best results with no aging signs.
