Sugar lemon scrub?

i have heard sugar and lemon can be used as scrub to remove dark patches. But whats the procedure? sugar granules when rubbed.......feels harsh on skin

Sugar and lemon juice is a good scrub for elbow and knee dark patches. Do not rub hard but massage gently in circular motion for couple of min and clean with water. Also do not use it as facial scrub :thumbsup

Yes, sugar granules are bit hard, but that's when scrubbing effect achieved. Apply gently in circular motion, as Sai said never do it on face.

This is very effective for tanned hands

I take 1teaspoon of sugar for 1lemon

but i haven't got my answer yet.........i want to know how to use this combination of lemon-sugar....as the sugar granules hurt my skin when rubbed
