Hi Gals,
Can anyone give me the procedure for Home facial,I mean I can do it for myself.Since I cant go to the parlors frequently,I want to do something on my own.

Make a paste from a little oatmeal and water. Apply to face and allow to dry. Gently wipe off with a damp wash cloth.(as long as you are not allergic to oatmeal..it is the best)

Mash 1/2 banana and add 1 tablespoon honey and 2 tablespoons moiseturising cream. Apply to face and let set for about 10 minutes. Gently wipe off with a damp wash cloth.


In a food processor or blender, combine 1/2 cucumber, 1 tablespoon yogurt, a few strawberries, and 1 teaspoon honey. Apply to face and allow to dry. Gently wipe off with a damp wash cloth.

Grind 1 tablespoon almonds into a fine meal in a blender or food processor. Mix almond meal together with 1 tablespoon honey and 1 egg white. Apply to face and let set for about 15 minutes. Gently wipe off with a damp wash cloth.

Follow this twice in a week and u ll luk gorgeous....

Cleanser:
Apply milk as clenser. Dip cotton in to milk and apply on ur face. This will remove all the dirt in ur face. Also lactic acid helps u in lightening the complexion.

Scrub:
Ricepowder mixed with limejuice or milk can be used as scrub.
Also u can use ur idly dosa batter as a scrub...as this contains yeast, it will work wonders on ur skin
Olive oil with sugar is also a good scrub and can be used on ur body

Gnetly massage ur face in upward movement..this will increase blood circulation

Face Pack:
Mix Mashed potato, banana, papaya, lime juice and honey and apply it as a face pack. You will feel very refreshing...

Persons with oily skin can apply sandalwood and multanni matti paste

Toner:
You need to tone your skin after cleaning ur face..For that u can use rose water. Dip a cotton in rose water and apply on ur face and neck

Moisturiser:
Aloe vera is the best moisturiser in the world....apply it on ur face and body..
Olive oil can also be used as a moisturiser but u may feel bit greasy
Honey is also a good moisturiser. But oily skin ppl avoid it...u may get pimples if u use it...

Sunscreen:
After ur beauty therapy, apply a good sunscreen on ur face and body and take the world in ur stride...


Daily care:

1. Use besan and curd on ur face
2. apply rose water after taking bath
3. Always use sunscreen 3 times a day (8.00 a.m , 12.pm and 4.pm)
4. Wash ur face with mild face wash daily evening
5. Apply aloevera on ur face at night. If u do that, dead cells will easily comeout while scrubbing

Apart from this, eat lot of fruits, esp Oranges...Consume one orange a day...u ll glow like angel
