ice face pack

hi friends,
i just wanted to share with you all about natural face pack and the result will be definite..no doubt..but very simple..grind few pieces of pumpkin,banana,carrot,grapes,etc..in a mixie and fill this paste in ice cubes..after the ice is made..rub each ice,as required in your face.leave it for 15-30 mins to dry..and wash off..glowing skin is assured..this is my experience..

so I got it. Can i tell to my daughter regarding this pack as she is now 14 yrs.

Will it help for her. Pack should be put it weekly once or alternative day... Pl suggest.

thanks for your replies..sudha,u can even apply it everyday on your face...it is harmless..even u can suggest it for your daughter..afterall pure fruits and veggies in it..i used to do it everyday..one beautician told me about this costless but effective face pack..

again thanks..Actually i know some beauty tips,which i can share with you now..if u visit hair care and hair styles,u can see good medicine for dandruff and hairfall as well as project to grow long hair threads..totally natural..and my grandma used to have a very good skin,she used to tell that atleast weekly twice,mix kasturi manjal powder or ordinary turmeric powder(but yellow colour remains on ur skin for ordinary powder) with coconut oil and massage it in body before bed time or before bath..if this is done continuously,u won't have skin problems at all.
Next is put some fresh gooseberriesin water the previous night..the next day,u can take out the water and apply it on hair..removes body heat totally..
and if you have eye pain or restless eyes,tie a hand of cooked hot rice in a cloth and place it on ur eyes,releif will be there..
