can aloe vera gel heal diabetic wounds

    hi members,

    i am from bangalore and would like to know if aloe vera can be used to heal diabetic wounds. If so in which form is it best that is ointment,gel etc. Do we need to take advice from the doctors to use it on the wounds.

    If anyone has more information about this product please let us know

    Are you talking about wound on a diabetic patient or wound root-cause of which is diabetes?

    In either case don't use such aloe cream / gel. You can use Boroline - its safe but show to your doctor.
