Drink plenty of water to retain the moisture of the skin

Eat fresh fruits and vegetables to keep your skin clear and hydrated

Use good moisturizing soap instead of regular soap. Try using green gram powder
this works wonders on skin

Moisten skin with good moisturizer after taking bath and before going to bed

Apply good cold cream for face

The following face pack helps to retain the moisture of the skin

Cucumber seeds - 1 tsp
Sandalwood powder - 1 tsp

Soak cucumber seeds in water for 10 minutes. Grind cucumber seeds and sandalwood powder into a paste.Apply this paste on face and wash off after 10 minutes. This pack has a cooling effect on the skin and also hydrates the skin.
Apply this pack twice a week for soft and bright skin.
