Treatment for dark circkes

dark circles may be due to many reasons , poor sleep, anemia , tension wearing specs etc. first get a medical checkup to see all is fine . if u are sleeping late try to alter ur sleep time.
for cosmetic treatment u can try under eye cream. my aunt who has dark circles used garnier under eye cream and feels it was good. besides that putting potato and cucumber also helped her !

 

Adding to above, if circles are due to stress and sleepless- Use potato and cucumber. Also use cotton balls dipped in rose-water on eye lids, this gives relief from stress and helps in good sleep.

If you are facing sleepless,For getting good sleep
1. make difference bw day and night, i mean, during nights switch of all lights
2. use fixed proper timing to go to bed
3. Do some physical exercise
4. Have honey in milk, before going to bed

 

For dark circles the best way to get rid is to apply potato juice. No side effects so try it out. This what I did and it make a difference.

 

I tried Biotique under eye cream and its good. Its an Ayurvedic Product available in most of the cosmetic shops.

 

You can use banana peel, mash it and apply under eyes it helps a lot. it can also be used to remove the dark sink tone caused by anklets.
