I am a mother of 8 month boy, he sleeps very late in the night, so I am awake, it becomes 12 or 1 to sleep again getting up by 7am, I know my sleeping hours is less, but I cant help it.My eyes looks so dull and I started getting dark eye circles and my face is looking so dull, help me to come out and give me tips to become bright as usual.

Hey. Try raw cold milk. apply that on ur face with cotton pads and place two cotton pads soaked in cold milk on ur eyes. Lie down for 10-15 min in a dark room and put on some soothing music. Works like magic for me :) I feel so rejuvenated all over :)

Hi.. You can also try using cucumber cotton pads ( you get this in health and glow). In another two or three months your baby will start sleeping in proper timings so you can have good sleep.. So don worry!!

aruna i perfectly understand ur situation since i'm also going thru the same...my DD going to be 2 in nov sleeps very late, actually bcz of the irregular schedule i lost around 15 kg..so dont worry this is a passing phase, once ur sleep becomes normal u will get back ur glow..have lots of water, fruits and vegetables..try almond oil on ur face and around ur eyes...
