How to get rid or reduce white heads?

Hi everybody,
I have lots of white heads on my chin. I weekly rub them off with my nails after applying a face mask. They come back quickly and my chin looks darker due to rough friction. Can anyone suggest how to properly remove them, how to treat them and WHY it occurs?

Hi,

I would recommend you use a good cleanser. Wash your face, pat dry and apply a good cleanser. You can take steam for your face (take the steam from hot water, if you do not have a steamer). Then wipe your face with a tissue, a little hard on the places where you see white heads. Applying cleanser and steaming would open up your pores and it is easy to remove white heads.

Please take care that you don't have dandruff in your hair, for that could be a reason for getting white heads on your face.

Did u try the apricot scrub. it will also bring a nice and fairer glow to the skin and get rid of white heads. Then apply jhonson and jhonson baby skin lotion early in the morning.

i have done all of methods like papaya and rice flour,

what u said is absolutly correct and i have tried even applying scrub and taking stelm of every 15 days and with in 15 days it is not gud enough to rub scrub on u r face(in my point), and i am using Himayala scrub and it is damn gud of aurvedic but after applying steam and scrub it is staying only one day on my face to keep it continue cn u give any ideas?

Is your skin oil?do you have open pores?are you getting pimples? Do you have dandruff?Do you have goose pimples(on your back).These are all relevent factors in regard with White/black heads.If you have only white heads,bleach your skin with any mild fruit bleach,pack face with any good face pack or Mix 1ts rice flour 2ts milk and 1/2 ts honey,apply on face after 20mts washoff with luke warm water.But before that apply rice flour and honey daily 10mts.and wash off every day at bed time.Then you try for the bleach and pack.If it is still stubborn take warm towel compressionon the face before applying pack.
Take commodon to extract the loosen white heads only after using daily pack.Always dab with any good astringent to close the open pores.Beware of the skin damage.
Always neem,tulsi,pudina and sandal packs are very good for oily skins.

add multani mitti to your home made packs.White of an egg work wonders on your skin,try that also whick rejuvenates your damaged skin.
