| Hi Sushma, I feel it's the make-up by the professionals that make these films stars glow. You may need to watch out some of them off the screen, then you would get to know whether it's a natural glow However, apart from make-up these film stars concentrate a lot on nutrition, diet and exercising. From all what I read about natural beauty, I would recommend a nutritious diet - lots of fresh juices, salads and leafy veggies. Also, exercising helps a lots in staying young with a glow. |

| Hi,I am new member. I want share some beauty tips with u guys! Cheap Treats You don't need to buy expensive face masks or facials. You've got all the ingredients you need in your kitchen cupboards to give skin a zing. Exfoliating skin wash Grind two tablespoons of dry oats in a coffee grinder rolled or instant, it makes no difference. Mix in a blender with two tablespoons honey to make a facial wash. Massage into skin, then rinse off. Cucumber facial for normal to oily skin Mash up half a cucumber and add enough natural live yoghurt to make a paste. Apply thickly to skin, put a couple of cucumber slices over your eyes and relax for 20 minutes. Rinse off with warm water. Cream for flaky irritated skin Aqueous cream is a bit of a find. It's a bargain (from pharmacies) and moisturises and re-hydrates even the sorest skin. Egg facial for combination skin Break an egg, separate the egg white and yolk, and beat bothe gently. Place the egg white ion the greasy Tsection of the face, and the egg yolk on the drier areas. The white tightens and the yolk moisturises. Peach facial for dry skin Puree a peach and mix with almond or olive oil to make a smooth paste. Apply to the skin and relax for twenty minutes. Rinse off with warm water followed by a cold rinse. Sensitive skin treat Cut a banana into slices, put it into the blender with one tablespoon of honey and mix until smooth. Apply to face and leave on for 20 minutes, then rinse. The honey softens the skin and the banana firms it up, so it's two in one. Last edited by Induslady; 9th May 2006 at 12:09 PM. Reason: Removed some unwanted characters at the end of message |
