Getin my old colour back

Hi to everbody who reads this,and thanks to whoever replies.My skin really use to be white before,i have never used sun creams and that when sitting in the sun.I had stayed 10 months in india in 1999 after i cme back i had a really nice tan.In 2003 i had small patches of psoriasis on my face so i went to doctors and was given a steriods cream to use on my face and that made my skin go dark.Few of my mates have said that your skin use to be so nice before and white,they havent meant it in a offensive way.I would liketo know what homemade stuff i can use to get my old colour back.I would also be really grateful if someone could tell me any homemade medicines for psoriasis,i am born in england i live here but dont really like to go doctors here because they just give you creams which are full of steriods and really harmfull,cos i know people who go doctors and hospitals every week with psoriasis and it has really damaged their skin.My psoriasis comes and goes but this time of the year it gets quite bad on my hands and on my ears and around my ears.I would be really grateful if anyone has any suggestions.I think i should just move to india when i go there it all gets better and i can eat anything anyone offering a place lol.The other thing is could anyone please tell me is gram flour with honey and rose water good for a face mask?For spots and blackheads and how many times a week should you use it?Thank you to whoever replies sorry for the long long message
