Dark upper back

Hi ladies

Can anyone please suggest something for my back:- the upper half of my back is fairly dark, i myself am quite fair. Parts of my elbows and cheeks are beginning to darken.

Would this have anything to do with age, I wonder ???

Any suggestions, advice would be greatly appreciated.

I assume this darkness might be due to sweating. or dryness.did you consult any dermatologist?
