Marks Created by spectacles

Hi IL's

Iam wearing glasses for past 12years,till last month i had no marks near my nose and near ears...now i feel some marks are there...can u pplz help me out in getting rid of that....and also iam planning to go for lenses....your suggestions plz,

It could be due to Nose pads in the spects. Better change the nose pads.
Regarding contact lens, check out my thread contact lens care.
Lens require lot of care. It may cause allergic reactions too. Once personally, I asked my doctor whether lens is best option for spects. He said spects is the best option. So before buying lens, do lot of research on it.

Thanks shel...i changed my nose pad..actually i want to try lens for my marriage purpose only, i feel it wnt look good if i wear glasses and without glass i have poor vision....sure will check ur contact lens thread too..

If its only for a day, then try it a week before. Because sometimes it may cause eye irritation.

Yes, It will. My sister is wearing the spects. She too had the same marks as our IL Kavitha mentioned. Then she changed the nose pad. Now no problem. Some nose pads are so hard and some are so soft. So check the one which suits you well.
