Hi ranjuma
Due to shift u lost ur sleep.For sleeping room have to be dark first of all.Next whenever u reach ur home wash ur face with hot or cold water but not too much hot and not too much cold.apply gingely oil and close ur eyes by hearing mobile songs / F.M.just hear melodious songs before that have a cup of warm milk in a big glass.Eat carrot if u have time means or carrot milkshake in morning too.it all helps ur eyes to come normal condition or go and consult a doctor better
