Hello Shireen... Nice tips... I guess all the IL's are computer users and these tips will help all of us...

I once thought of using antiglare glasses but it looks really wierd... Your tips are more better...

Anti glare glasses are good. But you can also try blinking your eyes five times after shutting down the computer.
