how do you powder jaathikai. It is very hard to break...

Its easy take jathikai and turmeric stone..in that if you rub you would get
powder .
In ayurvedic medicine stores you could get separate jathikai powder.

In English Jaathi kai mean Nutmeg we can get powder as well as whole in any glossary store.:-)
