Default Black circles

Hi,

Forgot to mention this tip.

Eat as many carrots as you can even though you didn't like them. This I tried personally. This will reduce eye pains a lot.

I also had the same problem - if I don't see the computer I will not get pain. I tried this.
100% sure.. this will work for eye pains.

Default black circles

Hi,

Don't drink juice. Buy fresh leaves & just crush them you will get some drops of juice. apply it under the eyes. My friend did this. Circles are gone very fast...

Default Re: Avarai Leaf Juice!

Hi srinivasan_vanaja/ Others,

Could someone please tell me what "Avarai" is? What is it called in English? And how is the juice to be taken from the leaves?

Thanks. :)

For any type of scars, pimples, black spots - can apply the juice of "Avarai" Leaf all over the face daily in the mornings. Will give you good results.

These leaves can be found fresh in the Fresh Green Herbal shops or else you can use the Avarai Leaf Powder(make a paste and apply), if you can locate it in any Herbal shops. Try and let me know the results.

One tip I'd like to add is to wash your eyes in a "eye cup". We get this in India. It is a plastic cup in the shape of an eye. Fill this cup with cold water and cover your eye with this cup and blink in the water a few times. Repeat this for the other eye.

You can also use your palm instead of the eye cup if you cannot find the cup here.

You can do it as many times in the day as you'd like. It gives immense relief to the eyes. I do it frequently at work too. It gives a nice fresh feeling to the eye.
