Quick Trick for Sparkling Eyes

Try this super-easy quick trick to rest and revitalize your eyes. It only takes a moment and you can do it right now, while you’re sitting at your computer:

Rub your hands together briskly until they feel warm. Close your eyes and place the palms of your hands lightly over your eyes. Hold this position, resting quietly, for a few minutes, then remove your hands. Your eyesight will be more crisp and clear, and your eyes will look more rested and shining.

i hav dry eyes, since i am wearing contacts for a long time.
my ophthal also suggested doing this every now n then.

hey very useful tips.. will follow this for sure.. also one more tip is that every now and then u can view any object placed at 20" distance from ur eyes and blink for 20 times.. this will help any irritation in the eye.. try out

another easy thing is to follow isto search for any object which is in green color and look at least for few sec will help in relaxing ur vision

Thanks for the tips. I tried it soon after I read it. Will try to do it at least twice as you said. Can you please suggest me something for dark circles around the eyes. From past 2 weeks Iam massaging my eyes before going to bed. If you know something let me know.
